NPI Competitive Research and Creative Lead

*Job Summary:*
The NPI team is looking for a competitive research and content marketing specialist to join our team and help us create engaging and informative competitive content for internal and channel partner sales teams. You will be responsible for conducting market and competitor analysis, identifying customer needs and pain points, and developing content that showcases our value proposition and differentiate us from our competitors.

*Roles and Responsibilities:*
* Conduct competitor research to identify industry trends, best practices, gaps, and opportunities.
* Create and edit high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that showcases our solutions, benefits, and unique selling points.
* Research and analyze competitor product specifications and identify key competitor advantages and disadvantages when compared to HP products.
* Create and publish product comparisons that highlight our competitive advantages and address common objections.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as product managers, regional leads and Legal to ensure content consistency and quality.
* Liaise with internal competitive research team to track work and needs and coordinate content development.
* Stay updated on the latest competitive offerings and new product announcements.
*Requirements and Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of proven experience in competitive research, analysis, and content marketing.
* Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
* Strong research and analytical skills.
* Creative and strategic thinking.
* Detail-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Expert proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
*Skills:*
* To be successful in this role you will need to have working knowledge of key operating systems, basic understanding of the product and software development lifecycles, and be able to partner effectively with key organizations, management, and stakeholders to drive alignment and to ensure success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42 per week
