This individual must be a team player. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will be responsible for providing quick assessment and treatment when a nursing home resident has a change of condition or sick, intervene and treat the patient as needed during first half of the day. In the afternoons work at our out patient clinic assisting with follow up visits and urgent care visits
