We are seeking a Full-T*ime Nurse Practitioner* *or Physician Assistant* interested in working with a care model that delivers exceptional results in a *post-acute and long-term care facility.* 5 *days per week; * This Contract-to-Perm opportunity allows you to service the *geriatric population* by delivering the best patient care possible. This position will serve the *Nags Head, NC area.* New Graduates are Welcome

Location: Waverly, VA

Start date: 2-3 weeks

Length of Contract: 2-3 *months with a perm option*

Work Schedule: *Mon to Friday; 8 hrs. required on site to see patients and chart (8-4 or 9-5) *

Patient Volume: *25-28 patients per day*

Practice Setting -- *Inpatient, Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility *

Patient Population -- *Geriatric *

Certifications Required -- Valid *Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant certification in the state of NC*

DEA -- NC *DEA required *

EMR -- *Gherimed/Point Click Care*

Pay: *Top Competitive Hourly Rate*
