Responsibilities for the Data Entry Technician include:

·       Accurately analyze, enter, and transfer data from paper-based forms into various electronic databases and spreadsheets.

·       Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

·       Ensure the confidentiality and security of any and all patient medical information, in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

·       Assist with data cleaning and formatting tasks.

·       Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and issues.

Qualifications for the Data Entry Technician include:

·       0-2+ years of experience with data entry and administrative tasks.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is strongly preferred.

·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required, an Associate’s Degree is preferred.


Compensation for the Data Entry Technician includes:

·       Salary Range: approximately $18.00 - $23.00 hourly, commensurate with experience

·       Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, ADP 401k
