*Outpatient Physical Therapist*

*Shift Details: *Monday - Thursday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

*Pay Details:* $58/Hr. on W2

*Requirements: *- MA PT License & BLS

*Responsibilities:* The Physical Therapist I is responsible for providing patient care for individuals requiring rehabilitation. The patient care is directed to the individual’s special needs in an effort to optimize their physical, functional, psychological, social, and emotional well-being.
