Registered Nurse

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This position offers opportunities to work in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, ambulatory surgery centers, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide appropriate interventions
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-hospital care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize case management skills to coordinate care for patients with complex medical needs
- Perform procedures such as suturing wounds and catheterization

Requirements:
- Valid RN license in [state]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience in case management or discharge planning is a plus
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
