Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and demonstrate compassion in all interactions. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures

Skills:
- Proficiency in IV insertion and medication administration
- Knowledge of physiology and anatomy
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems
- Ability to provide long-term care to patients with chronic conditions
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols
- Willingness to travel for assignments as needed
