Job Title: Lead Systems Specialist

Location: Madison, WI

Pay Range: $ 68-73/hr (W2 contract)

What's the Job?

  • Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of control systems projects.
  • Manages project financials, including costs, billings, and collections.
  • Provides technical guidance and leadership to the project team.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, contractors, and subcontractors.

What's Needed?

  • Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of two years of field experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC control systems.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
