Location: Greensboro, NC 27401
Position: Human Resources Representative
Pay Rate: $24.67hr
Duration: 26 weeks (will start at 6 months and could be extended up to 18 months)
Expected Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

LOCATION: Will consider remote candidates ONLY residing in the below states:
Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia

REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors Degree preferred)
2+ years of Human Resources experience
Expertise with Lawson - Info
HRIS system experience preferred
Critical thinking and decision making skills
Ability to work independently to interpret comp policies & procedures
Familiarity with special pay plans (e.g. float pay, differentials, premium pay/WEO, Kronos pay rules, etc.)

PREFERRED:
PHR or SPHR preferred

Our client is the one of the largest Healthcare Staffing Provider in the United States, to be assigned at one of their affiliated hospitals/healthcare facilities.
