We are seeking candidates for a Molder Operator role on 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday-Friday). Compensation for this contract job is $20.00 per hour.

What you'll do as a Molder Operator:
  • Follow safety regulations and procedures when operating machinery
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine product specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools
  • Set up molds and adjust machine settings as needed
  • Inspect molds for defects or irregularities
  • Maintain accurate records of production output and quality control measures

What you need to be a Molder Operator:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
  • Experience in clean room, manufacturing experience, or similar setting
  • Experience in thermoplastic or silicone molding preferred, but not required
  • Ability to learn and use microscope
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English
  • Good vision and hand-eye coordination
