Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ascertain product specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and tools
- Set up molds and modify machine settings as required
- Examine molds for any defects or inconsistencies
- Keep precise records of production output and quality assurance measures
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to remain in a standing or seated position for extended periods
- Experience in a clean room or manufacturing environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with thermoplastic or silicone molding is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn and operate a microscope
