Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Telecommunications Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with Leading Cellular Vendors: Manage new and upgrade phone orders, and handle service suspensions and cancellations with top-tier cellular providers.
  • Utilize Cutting-Edge Ticketing Systems: Track and manage all work requests and progress efficiently using our advanced ticketing system.
  • Maintain and Update Inventory Systems: Ensure our inventory and various other systems are always up-to-date, requiring your keen attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures.
  • Support Exciting Teleconferencing Events: Play a crucial role in setting up cameras and sound systems for teleconferencing events, ensuring seamless and professional presentations.

Required skills:

• Experience supporting smart phones – 2 years minimum

• Experience working with cellular vendors - 2 years minimum

• Experience following detailed procedures – 2 years minimum

• Experience working with a ticketing systems to track work – 2 years minimum

• Experience in tactful and professional communications with teammates and customers – 2 years minimum

Onsite Requirements: This position will be hybrid with 2 days onsite in Madison, WI.
