  • Performs manual and clerical work to receive, store, record, distribute, issue, inventory, identify, sort, count, kit assemble, package, ship, order and requisition material, supplies, parts assemblies, equipment and tools.
  • Maintains adequate stock on hand as needs and requirements determine.
  • Uses and operates records systems and equipment.
  • Orders tools, parts, prints, specifications and material to support shop operations.
  • Expedites the supply of needed items by liaison, coordination and follow up with others.
  • Prepares and maintains regular and requested reports, charts, graphs and status of work operations information.
  • Recognizes, identifies and reports critical supply problems and take or recommend corrective action.
  • Prepares forms, records and reports advising supervision of parts, material and tool shortages.
  • Advises supervisors of problems and general overall status of material and parts moving through the shop from receiving to shipping.
  • Minimizes production delays and problems by assuring that parts, materials, and other equipment are available when required.
  • Performs the necessary coordination to assure that jobs are completed on time.
  • Receives, stores, orders, and issues store items/materials.
  • Compares quantities and identification of parts received with applicable paperwork and adjust discrepancies according to established procedures.
  • Prepares parts, tools, and materials for transportation and routing.
  • Maintains certifications required to perform assigned work.
  • Performs other duties as assigned within the general job classification.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Candidates must be willing to work any shift.This is a union represented position (IAMAW 2766)This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
    • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
    • More than 1 year of experience in inventory, stock or supply chain.
