We are looking for a Full-Time Clinic Director/Licensed Physical Therapist to provide clinical coverage for our Belton/Raymore, MO. location. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

*Qualifications - Clinic Director/Licensed Physical Therapist:*
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or in compact state
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
* Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
* Specialized knowledge or experience in pediatrics is a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Responsibilities - Licensed Physical Therapist:*
* Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
* Provide hands-on physical therapy to patients using a variety of techniques, including Joint Mobilization.
* Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies
* Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
* Ability to perform the day-to-day management of the clinic
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice
* Participate in marketing programs that educate patients on specific problems.
* Participate in key metric setting and follow up with goals set with colleagues.
*Skills:*
* Physiology knowledge

* Anatomy knowledge
* Trigger point therapy expertise
* Experience working with pediatric patients
* Strong patient care abilities
* Dry Needling certification is a plus
