Customer Claims Advocate

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer support and driving product evolution? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Claims Advocate to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN. In this role, you will:
What will you do?
- Provide customer resolution for complex installations.
- Transfer field experience to training or advice to manufacturing sites, Research & Development, and other members of the Customer Satisfaction & Quality community to enhance product evolution and customer experience.
- Offer professional advice to manufacturing sites, Marketing, and Research & Development to improve process and design robustness.
- Deliver training on product application and issue resolution to customers, manufacturing sites, Sales, Services, and/or Marketing to elevate customer experience.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and standards.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Abiltiy to read wiring schematics, Blueprints, and Build of Materials (BOMs).

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required. Postgraduate work is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of product/project engineering experience with proven success in customer interaction.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, standards, and their application.
