• Lead regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis results.

• Collaborate with program focused Business Operations team to ensure alignment between program and sector level analysis.
• Lead areas of improvement and recommend strategies to optimize program performance and efficiency.
• Assist the Vice President in making informed management and leadership decisions based on analysis findings.
• Ability to work independently and manager multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Minimum Requirements-Bachelor’s degree and 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).
-Must be US Person
-Proven experience as a business operations analyst or similar role.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and analyze raw data using macros, perform queries, and employ other data manipulation techniques.
-Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex analysis findings to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Requirements-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
-Aerospace industry experience.
-Familiarity with aircraft development programs and related metrics.Physical Requirements-Must be able to support occasional travel.
-Work onsite in Cambridge, MA or Manassas, VA.Salary Range (Annualized USD)Minimum Range: $117,000.00 to $209,000.00Maximum Range: $117,000.00 to $209,000.00
