We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to drive new Mack Anthem trucks with the latest technology.Position Details:Pay: $0.62 CPM (loaded miles)Weekly Earnings: $1,700 - $2,000Schedule: Out for 2 weeks, home for 3 days (home time may not always fall over a weekend)Hours per week: Operate on a 70-hour clockRoute Type: OTRFreight Type: Hauling roofing and construction materials (as some examples).Handling: Tarp and strap requiredEquipment: New Mack Anthem trucks with automatic transmissions and flatbed trailersSlip Seat: NoTraining:Pay during training: $25/hr with overtime after 40 hoursTraining lasts 2-4 weeks, depending on the driver’s needsHotel accommodations provided during trainingTraining includes hands-on experience with tarps, chains, and flatbed equipmentAdditional Compensation:Per diem: $35/nightTarp Pay: $50 per tarpDetention & breakdown pay: $25/hr after the first 1.5 hoursJob Requirements:CDL A LicenseClean work history, MVR, and PSPRoad test requiredMust be willing to be away for 2 weeks at a timeCommitment to safety and professional driving practicesLess than 2 jobs in the last 3 years.Benefits:Competitive pay and consistent home timeMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife & disability insurancePaid time off401KAt TransForce, we value our drivers' expertise and provide excellent opportunities for growth and advancement.
