Hiring Bonus Details:

  • $5K Hiring Bonus – paid out in quarterly increments of $1,250.00 every 90 days over the course of 12 months.

FINANCIAL PACKAGE

Hiring Bonus: $5K Hiring Bonus - Limited Time Offer

Weekly Pay: Full-time drivers can earn between $936.79 and $1,721.34 per week.

Annual Pay: Full-time drivers can earn between $48,713.24 and $89,509.48 per year based on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service.

Flatbed driver rates: $.68-$.72 per mile depending on experience.

Transition Package: $1,800 total with $1,000 designated for your first two weeks of orientation to help you focus on driving.

HOME TIME

Most drivers will be off most weekends for their 34-hour reset. Home time can vary by division, so be sure to discuss options with a recruiter.

PET POLICY & GUEST RIDER POLICY

System Transport has a no-pet policy, but allows guest riders aged 7 and up after 90 days of safe driving.

HOW TO GET HIRED

HIRING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a valid Class A CDL.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • At least 4 months of driving experience required.
  • Safe driving record.
  • No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
  • Prefer 1 year of truck driving experience, but not required.
  • Background Check required.
  • Clean Drug Test required.
  • Clean Clearinghouse result required.
  • Physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice is mandatory for flatbed drivers.
