About the Role

This Floater Teacher position plays a critical role at Stratford School. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of elementary students in kindergarten through fifth grade while supporting and assisting classroom teachers in supervision or providing other campus assistance as needed. If there is a vacancy in a classroom, you may have the opportunity to step in and lead the class. This is a perfect role for someone looking to gain school and classroom experience

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Prior classroom experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for contributing to the educational growth and development of elementary students
