About the Role

The Stratford School is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Lunch Teacher. As a vital part of our school community, this role will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and clean learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities include supervising Elementary School students in indoor and outdoor settings, assisting with homework, collaborating with other faculty and staff members, and being responsible for the safe supervision and care of students. Additionally, this role will involve light sweeping and cleaning of tables in the cafeteria and trash removal.

Requirements
  • A high school graduate or equivalent
  • Prior experience working with children is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with a variety of colleagues and students
