Part-Time Security Officers

Location: Multiple locations including Andover, Bedford, Billerica & Chelmsford
Shift Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Friday & Saturday)
Employment Type: Part-time
With a focus on safety, professionalism, and customer service, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Security Officers for our Friday and Saturday overnight shifts. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our client's premises during the overnight hours. You will be responsible for monitoring, patrolling, and reporting any suspicious activity or safety hazards. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and quick thinking will help maintain a safe environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises and monitor surveillance systems
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies
- Ensure proper access control by verifying identification and authorizing entry
- Complete incident reports and document any unusual occurrences
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
- Communicate with management and other security personnel as needed
- Follow all safety and security protocols
Requirements:
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred, but not required
- Must be able to work the overnight shift (Friday & Saturday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert during overnight hours
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
