Location: Boise, ID
Pay Range: $48.97
What’s the Job?
- Write, edit, and review internal communication documents and programs. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and appropriateness in all materials, including intranet updates, newsletters, emails/memos, webcasts, and speeches.
- Work closely with the executive management team and various departments to stay informed about company developments and trends. Coordinate internal communication efforts with external communication teams, such as marketing communications and investor relations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new and existing communication vehicles, enhancing the effectiveness of our internal messaging; ensuring a “corporate voice” permeates messaging.
- Oversee the review and editing process of essential internal communications before dissemination, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
What’s Needed?
- 7-10 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Previous semiconductor industry experience.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of internal communication best practices and strategies.
- Experience working with senior management and coordinating with external communication teams.
