What You’ll Do

  • Assist teams by analyzing, processing and/or resolving complex loan transactions, adjustments, and reconciling items or other departmental tasks as requested.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers and collaborates with other departments to resolve issues, discrepancies, and/or improve processes.  
  • Manage high level department tasks such as Losses, Recoveries,
  • Reconciliations & Approving Daily ACH/check requisitions and funding disbursements.  
  • Streamline functions, identify problematic areas and inefficiencies, and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Identify and propose new procedures to allow for better tracking and control of sensitive areas.
  • Managing weekly departmental reports and queries to review and correct any systematic issues/loan corrections and manage departmental tracking and statistics​   

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

  • 3-5 years directly related experience
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable, Accounting/Finance experience preferred
