Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with others to achieve business goals.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Flemington, New Jersey

Pay Range: $32 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Provide engineering support to assigned areas of the manufacturing plant
  • Contribute to projects and programs to improve safety, environmental performance, quality, productivity, and overall operational efficiency of the equipment
  • Troubleshoot defects and variation, performing root cause analysis and applying systemic problem-solving skills and robust solutions
  • Proactively communicate at all levels of the organization to drive direction and positive change

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Lean Principles and Six Sigma Tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Excellent communication skills
