Our client in the technology industry is seeking a Program Manager Tech 4 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 4, you will be part of the Microsoft Security Customer Experience organization supporting the App Assure program management team. The ideal candidate will have great communication and collaboration skills, technical expertise in Windows engineering, and experience in technical sales to align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Redmond, WA/remote

Pay Range: $65-$70 per hour

Duration: 18 month contract

What's the Job?

  • Engage directly with a portfolio of the world's largest 3rd party application developers
  • Sell them on the strategic and business value of building apps for Windows on Arm
  • Help 3rd party app developers understand how to port their apps to the Arm platform, or build Arm native apps
  • Collect feedback from app developers to understand what is preventing them from investing in Windows on Arm, and share that feedback with the Product Management team to help address the issues
  • Shape our products by providing your unique ISV insights to inform decisions being made by the engineering teams, shaping the future roadmap of Windows on Arm

What's Needed?

  • 8 overall years of experience in the field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Tech Industries preferred
  • Experience working as a Microsoft FTE, ideally at a principal band or above, to ensure they can contribute effectively without a steep learning curve
  • Minimum 6 years experience with Windows Engineering for Real Studio, C++, (Don't expect them to code, but having technical expertise is expected)
  • Minimum 8 years Experience in technical sales with ability to influence executives in strategic decision making
