Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Mettawa, Il

Pay Range: $25/hr.

 

What’s the Job?

  Enter and update data related to the retention and disposal of records in the record management system.
·       Verify the accuracy and validity of the data entered and correct any errors or discrepancies.
-       Maintain the confidentiality and security of the records and the data.
·       Report any issues or problems related to the data entry or the record management system to the Law Department Executive Assistant.
·       Perform other duties as assigned by the Law Department

 

What’s Needed?

·       High school diploma or equivalent.
·       At least one year of experience in data entry or record management.
·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and other data entry software.
·       Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail.
·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

What’s in it for me?

  • $25/hr
  • Weekly pay
  • 1st shift, M-F, 8am-4pm
  • Hybrid possible
