This role is on-site in Greensboro, NC and will be a 6 month full-time, contract with extensions. This is first shift opening.What You'll DoFollow all safety guidelines and company proceduresOperate forklift and other material handling equipment safely and efficientlyWrap and band skids to secure loads for transportAssist with loading and unloading trucksPrepare and stage shipments according to shipping schedules.Learn and perform additional tasks to support day-to-day warehouse functionsWhat You'll NeedRequired:HS diploma or GED requiredMinimum one year experience in a manufacturing environmentBasic computer skillsGood communication skillsAvailable to work overtime to support production goals as neededMust be proficient and able to understand written instructions in English languagePhysical Demands Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, use hands for fine motor tasks such as handling or feeling objects, reach with arms and hands, and communicate effectively through speech and hearingThe role also requires the ability to handle small components under a microscope for prolonged durationsRegular physical demands include lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds routinely, up to 25 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 50 poundsSafety shoes are requiredReasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.$17.18 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above.
