The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety of our property and personnel.

Job Summary: As a Security Lot Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our parking lot and surrounding areas. This role involves regular patrols, monitoring of vehicles and visitors, and responding to any security concerns. You will play a crucial role in preventing unauthorized access, deterring criminal activity, and providing a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the parking lot and surrounding areas.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security breaches.
  • Ensure only authorized vehicles and individuals are on the premises.
  • Assist visitors and employees with parking and security-related inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
  • Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidents.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of visibility to deter potential criminal activity.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting under pressure
  • Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
  • Able to comply with onboarding requirements including a drug screen
