Our client  is seeking an Account Receivable Clerk to join their team.  As an Account Receivable Clerk, you will be part of the accounting department supporting the billing and collections team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Temp to hire.

Job Title: Account Receivable Clerk

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour

Work Time   800a – 500p ( Monday - Friday)

What's the Job?

  • Heavy phone interaction with customers for collections and payment issues
  • Processes invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
  • Maintains accurate financial records and documentation
  • Reviews account discrepancies and resolves billing disputes

What's Needed?

  • Proven track record of integrity and accountability in handling financial data
  • Strong critical thinking skills for analyzing account discrepancies
  • Problem-solving ability to resolve complex billing issues
  • Exceptional attention to detail for accurate data entry and reconciliation
  • Professional demeanor when handling difficult conversations
  • Positive, optimistic attitude
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with payment processing systems
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Data entry accuracy and speed
