PLANT ELECTRICIAN- $2,000 sign-on bonusLocation: Mount Victory, OH (occasional support in Harpster, OH)Pay Range: $26–$35/hrJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Electrician I to support electrical systems in a high-demand production environment. This role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment vital to daily operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in industrial or commercial electrical work and can adapt to a unique agricultural setting.Essential ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting.Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.Inspect and repair transformers, circuit breakers, and electrical components.Troubleshoot electrical issues with appropriate testing devices.Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA standards.Perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing, crawling, and lifting.Support heating, air conditioning, and other mechanical systems.Required Skills & Qualifications2+ years of industrial or commercial maintenance experience preferred.Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents.Experience with industrial control systems and parametric controls.High School Diploma or GED required.Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance (effective first of the month after 30 days).PTO starting Day 1 (usable after 90 days).Paid holidays (after 90 days).401(k) with company match.Tuition reimbursement.Employee Assistance Program.Performance reviews with potential pay adjustments.
