Night Shift Industrial Maintenance Electrician

Are you passionate about high-speed food processing and ready to make significant contributions? Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician on the night shift. This is an on-site role with a two-week rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts (5:45 PM - 6:00 AM). Training will begin on the first shift for the initial 60-90 days.

The starting hourly pay rate for this position is $40.89, and we are offering a $2,500 retention bonus.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team that includes Operations, Food Safety, and Environmental Health and Safety professionals, all dedicated to maintaining smooth production operations. This position provides hands-on experience with cutting-edge equipment and the chance to enhance your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining Equipment & Enhancing PLC Knowledge - Engage in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and immediate machine repairs, focusing on programmable logic controllers.
• Analyzing Conditions & Providing Solutions - Identify and investigate equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and repair electrical and mechanical systems utilizing PLC programming.
• Prioritizing Innovation & Communication - Explore opportunities to improve plant efficiency, identify cost-saving measures, and maintain clear communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and Mechanics.

We're Looking for Someone With

• High School diploma or GED
• State/Local Electrical License OR Journey Card (or commitment to acquire before hire)
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of behavior-based safety systems
• Capable of sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day, with the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience with PLC systems
