Java Full Stack Lead Developer - Angular (Hybrid)

Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Lead Java Full Stack Developer with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. Our Developers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Our developers are agile and retrospective, and not afraid to identify what we’re doing wrong, so we can fix it, so we can improve on it. Above all, we judge success by the success of our team and the happiness of our customers.

Location: Tempe , Arizona - Hybrid 3 days a week at the office location.

**Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future**

Responsibilities

• Able to play a Lead Engineer role.
• Attend all the project key meetings with collaborators to understand the business requirements.
• As an individual contributor able to complete the assigned user stories in a given sprint.
• Capable enough to design the modules individually.
• Should participate in all the Agile ceremonies and capable enough to perform all the sprint level activities.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of the assigned user stories/feature (development to deployment) and should be able to resolve the team’s technical issues.
• Effective communication skills in commuting between offshore and onsite customer partners.

Qualifications:

• Minimum - 10 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Java Development.

Proficiency and demonstrated experience in the following technologies:
• J2EE technologies: Java, JSP, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, EJB.
• Database and persistence frameworks: Hibernate, Oracle, Object/Relational Mapping, Query performance tuning.
Cloud-based development: IBM Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker containerization.
• Web Servers: Tomcat, tc Server.
• Web Services: REST/SOAP (JSON/WSDL/XML)
• Frameworks: Spring Framework, Spring Boot
• Front-end: Angular.
• Build/deployment tools: Maven, Gradle, Git, Junit, Mockito, CI/CD
• Other Dev Ops Toolchain: Selenium, SonarQube, Slack, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
