Lead Java Full Stack Engineer Cognizant Digital Practice helps clients reinvent products, experiences, and business models to build new value, differentiation, and drive revenue in the digital economy. Roles & Responsibilities: · Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions using Spring Boot and Java. · Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment. · Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices are followed. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. · Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets performance and security standards. · Ensure the software solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the Medicare and Medicaid Claims domain. · Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. · Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. · Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process. · Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. · Implement automated testing to ensure the reliability and stability of the software. · Document technical specifications and project plans for future reference. · Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies Qualifications: · Possess a strong background in Core Java, Spring Boot · Show the ability to work with MicroServices, Angular/ReactJS, CI/CD · Possess experience working with GraphQL · Show the ability to work with Camunda · Have experience in any Cloud technologies. Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in US without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Applications will be accepted until 12/10/2024 The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 – $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
