Manpower West Chester is recruiting for a Machine Setup Operate to work for an international manufacturer of quality electrical, lighting and power solutions.  This position is on 3rd shift and is contract-to-hire. 

  

Job Title: Machine Setup Operate  

Location: Hamilton, Ohio 

Pay Range: $25.00 

3rd Shift: 10pm-6am (SUN-THUR / OT possible on Friday-evening)


What’s the Job? 

Individual will perform machine setup and/or run machinery, consistent with current ISO requirements, safety requirements, and 5-S requirements. 

  

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Able to read calipers. 

  • Able to read CMC prints understanding dimensions to .000. 

  • Able to fill out paperwork (quality forms, daily inspections forms etc.) 

  • Able to use hand tools (air guns, wrenches, drill press, etc.) 

  • Able to operate one or more machines as required. 

  • Understand machine controls (start, stop, E-stop, etc.) 

  • Perform setup inspection before releasing job to an operator to run. 

  

What’s Needed? 

  • Must be able to make adjustments to a setup, change drill and taps to ensure continued conformance to specifications. 

  • Training of new or temporary employees. 

  • May assign operators to jobs.
