Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Mentor, create, and manage ongoing key personas development for product areas.
- Exhibits natural and intuitive user empathy.
- Mentor, determine, and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration.
- Conduct secondary market research and apply toward product strategy.
- Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions.
- Coordinate and lead Business User Acceptance Testing effort for the team
- Interact with assigned product teams through various agile methodologies to achieve desired outcomes
- Manage Provider Demographic Backlog
- Partner with various product managers, teams and subject matter experts to ensure seamless provider data integrations in various systems
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Mastery level knowledge of job area and deep product knowledge with
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship.
- Requires a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology.
- Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable; Certification in area of expertise preferred (e.g. PMP, Lean, SAFE, CSPO).
- Knowledge of Agile processes and methodology preferred
- Candidates with FACETS systems experience preferred
- Knowledge of Provider Management Systems preferred
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is: $145,000.00 to $190,000.00 for California.
Note:
Please note that this range represents the pay range for this and many other positions at Blue Shield that fall into this pay grade. Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
