Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 15 to 19 years of experience to lead our CX projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and technical expertise in CX. Experience in Research and Development is a plus. This role will drive project success and ensure alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-functional teams to deliver CX projects on time and within budget.
  • Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal project execution.
  • Provide clear direction and support to team members fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs status updates and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables align with their expectations.
  • Utilize project management tools and software to track project progress and manage resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in project management with a focus on CX projects.
  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise in CX with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Show proficiency in project management tools and software such as MS Project or Jira.
  • Have experience in Research and Development which is considered a plus.
  • Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on achieving project goals.
Certifications Required

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
