Job Title: 3rd Shift (Floater Hours) Quality Assurance Technician Food Production Setting 7pm-3:00am Mon-Friday OT and Sat as needed
Location: Milwaukee, WI then moving to Franklin, WI
Pay Range: $18.00 hour Temp to Hire
What’s the Job?
- Ensure food safety & product quality standards are met.
- Ensure GMPs, SOPs, and safe work practices are being met.
- Continuously monitor and perform food safety practices, visual quality standards, HACCP verifications, conformance to specifications, regulatory compliance, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and document conformance to batch sheets, specifications, visual quality standards, and regulatory standards throughout the facility.
- Follow and understand proper Good Hygiene, Safe Work Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), to aide in providing a safe quality product
What’s Needed?

- High School Diploma
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Minimum 1-year Quality Assurance/ Control experience in a food manufacturing facility.
- Familiar with quality/food safety programs including HACCP, SQF, SSOP, HAZCOM, GMP, etc
- Full Time Opportunity 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm
