Sodexo is seeking an Multi-Service ExPress Manager 1 for Day Kimbell Healthcare, located in Putnam, Connecticut. This is a 104 bed facility. In this role you will be responsible for the Environmental Service Department and Patient Transport. The staff are all on the client payroll. This is a day shift position, Monday through Friday. This position reports directly to a General Manager on-site. Must have excellent customer service and employee relations skills.Come join a winning team in Connecticut. We are looking for candidates who can:
- Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve patient satisfaction and throughput.
- Interact with patients and the staff
- Perform HR functions including hiring, orientation, training, payroll and direct supervision and development
- Maintain safety documentation and training for unit
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies
- Strong management skills, preferably in health care
- Strong team building and employee engagement skills
- Strong hospitality focus - be engaged and interactive with all our customers and employees
- Strong drive to make things happen
- Knowledge of best practices in Patient safety

Qualifications & Requirements:Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in functional areas such as call center technology, computer applications, process improvement, or related areas
