What will you be doing?
- Training – tracking training, coordinating new hire orientations, etc.
- Benefits – printing, distributing, and submitting payroll reports for Years of Service; ordering and distributing Wellness gift cards; organizing new hire packets; tracking and processing Fitness / Shoe / Clothing Reimbursements
- Recruitment Support – scheduling interviews, proctoring testing, prepare and tracking new employee documents, scanning and sending documentation to payroll, providing support as needed to new hires.
- Other administrative duties include but are not limited to photocopying, filing, tracking in Excel, and mailing.
What do you bring?
- Previous Administrative Assistant or HR experience preferred.
- Must have experience in Excel and scheduling meetings in Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Customer Service skills are critical to this position.
