NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Senior Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team for a 4-month temporary assignment or longer. Job Summary Customer Service Representative is the face of our company and impacts members' service experience by manner of how customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet or written correspondence are handled. Customer inquiries are of basic and at times complex nature. Engages, consults, and educates members based upon the member's unique needs, preferences and understanding of healthcare plans, tools, and resources to help guide the members along a clear path to care. In addition, you will be the important first line of contact with our customers. You will set the tone for how our company provides support services. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail and multi-tasking. You will have the opportunity to work on two computer monitors using multiple applications to process prior authorizations for our members.
Job Responsibilities In these roles you will be responsible for:
• Answer incoming phone calls from members, providers, clients regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.
• Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call
• Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed. Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ year(s) of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment
• 1+ years prior Microsoft Office

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $23.45/hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance
