Job Title: Facilities Technician 

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay Range: Based off experience

 

What’s the Job?

  • The Maintenance Mechanic supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes on assigned facilities.
  • Assists others on operations and facilities team or third-party vendors in maintenance and repair efforts, as well as independently performing defined tasks.
  • Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls, ceilings, flooring, installed fixtures, etc.
  • General interior maintenance – hang pictures, install keyboard trays, repair office furniture systems and repair doors.
  • Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas.

 

What’s Needed?

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • This position requires working outdoors, in mechanical/equipment rooms and possible extreme weather conditions.
