Sodexo is seeking a Accounting Analyst in the Revenue Accounting Department at the Finance Shared Services office in Buffalo, NY.

 

The Accounting Analyst will:

  • Work proactively with units to detect, correct and prevent on going reporting problems ensuring proper revenue recognition with focus on root cause elimination.
  • Assist with the successful update and maintenance of Revenue Accounting System changes to ensure proper functionality and system documentation
  • Support, 2nd Level, for the Revenue Accounting EPOS team
  • Analyze and approve EPOS Discount/Tender Requests
  • Document and train new EPOS programs and initiatives
  • Conduct revenue reporting training for new EPOS deployments
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis or special projects as needed.
  • Back up Sales Audit & Balance Sheet analyst responsibilities

Preferred Minimum Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in Accounting, Finance or Management
  • 2-4 years related accounting experience
