Job Description Summary
A full time position where the candidate would provide administrative support to the attorney team for 50% of the time and process legal requests for assigned charter banks for 50% of the time. This position will not be eligible for remote work.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for handling all assigned legal requests promptly and accurately in accordance with Legal Requests Procedures.
- Handle legal department mail and FedEx packages; ensure adequate supplies are on hand for FedEx and post mailings.
- Manage legal department supplies; coordinate servicing and repair of legal department equipment; monitor legal department workroom to ensure compliance with document security procedures.
- Respond to banker questions concerning legal requests. Direct bankers to appropriate resources in response to other legal matters.
- Set up, organize and maintain paper and electronic files in accordance with established procedures and standards; coordinate paper document shredding as needed.
Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
- Prior banking operations or legal experience required
- Proficient with Image Center and other FIS systems, including deposit and loan account information research tools, Egnyte and other file-sharing systems preferred.
