About Cognizant’s Mobility Practice:

Cognizant Mobility is the premier automotive engineering services division of Cognizant that is focused on smart connected vehicle engineering and software delivery. Our clients include well known Automotive OEMs and Electric/Autonomous Start Up Companies that leverage our automotive engineering expertise.

We are looking for talented engineers with backgrounds in Electrical and Computer Engineering for such roles as Vehicle Systems Engineering, Electrical Design and Release, High Voltage Wire Harness Design and Packaging, Embedded Software Development and Algorithm Research, AUTOSAR Model Based System Design, Validation, Hardware in the Loop Integration, Functional Safety, Vehicle Triage, SWAT and Launch Support, etc.

What you’ll be doing:

· Provide project management to for HIL Integration and Commissioning

· Use Agile and SCRUM methods to drive project deliverables

· Develop project plans, including work breakdown structures, activity assignments and project schedules.

· Work with project teams to perform impact assessments for scope changes and communicate impact to schedule & cost.

· Identify, consolidate and drive resolution of schedule issues.

· Drive project teams in the use of all governance process including: Issue/risk/scope/quality/communications/integration/etc.

· Ensure that project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed to by all stakeholders.

· Knowledge of ASPICE processes

What you need for this position:

· Strong Project Management experience required with Agile or SCRUM

· Proficient in JIRA

· Strong leadership skills, ability to build relationships and manage multiple product lines.

· High degree of self-motivation and willingness to participate in off hours conference calls for global projects

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate through working teams across multiple departments

· Must possess bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or related

· Knowledge of HIL Hardware In The Loop Commissioning for Scalexio / Dspace
