  • Lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Construction, Engineering, and/or Facility Management experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of Construction, Engineering, and/or Facility Management experience

Desired Characteristics and Experience:

  • Self-Motivated/Demonstrates Initiative – ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in overseeing and managing design and construction subcontractors.
  • Experience in Industrial environments (preferred, not required)
