Position Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Creative Web team in the development of online marketing materials while upholding brand standards.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to bring creative visions to life.

  • Manage the development of page-flow, site structure and transition of print to digital.

  • Direct ecommerce solutions supported by web-based promotions, page layouts and other creative assets.

  • Guide project workflow, collaborating with multiple teams and obtaining executive approvals to deliver digital marketing campaigns on time.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 15+ years of experience in web design with 5+ years in a management role.

  • Demonstrated project management skills in a design or ecommerce setting, with a creative eye for product imagery.

  • Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.

  • Experience in Axure, or a similar prototype tool as well as HTML, CSS and scripting technologies.

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
