This position will be responsible for student dining services across multiple universities across Iowa and Minnesota. The managed volume is approximately $35M.

 

The position requires a strategic-thinking leader who can work in partnership with client vision & expectations while delivering on high quality dining service programs that will achieve high customer and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence with the ability to work within complex, multiple client organizations. Strong relationship skills are a must to effectively work internally as well as externally to the organization.

 

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience with dining programs including resident dining, retail dining, concessions and catered event services is required.
  • Strong team development skills, client relationship skills and proven successful P&L management are musts.
  • Previous multi-site/multi-management responsibility and sales exposure is desired as well.
  • Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geography through subordinate general managers, supervisors, and employees with primary focus on financial performance, client retention, policy compliance, strong negotiating skills and employee training and development.
