Job Title: People Analytics Specialist
Location: St. Louis, MO
Mode: Hybrid (On-Site: Mon - Thurs, Remote: Fri)
Pay Range: $30/hr. – $33/hr.
What’s the Job?
- Code qualitative data to identify patterns, themes, and key insights.
- Maintain and update data sources for Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Match employees to opportunities based on their values and interests.
- Provide guidance, training, and routine check-ins for users of our employee experience tool.
- Generate creative ideas for personalized employee experiences.
- Communicate insights, best practices, and success stories through various channels to engage employees.
- Explore new tools and methodologies to improve work processes and outcomes.
- Support other projects related to data visualization and dashboard design.
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in leveraging data for business and HR insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, plus Forms).
- Basic understanding of survey creation principles.
- Strong communication and partnership skills with HR groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
