Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Shift: Must be available for any shift

Responsibilities:
Supervise skilled trades employees to support production processes, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of equipment.
Support automation and controls for manufacturing operations, focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency.
Plan and prioritize project operations in alignment with organizational goals and standards.
Coordinate activities according to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards to enhance productivity and quality.
Manage and train on the plant's Total Maintenance System (TMS) and collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) to maintain schedules and equipment reliability.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3 years of industrial automation experience with a background in project management.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to work any shift, including overtime as needed.
Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of employees, from hourly workers to senior leadership.
Proven ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a goal-oriented, self-starter attitude.
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop skilled trade employees.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field.
Experience in continuous improvement systems and lean manufacturing.
Previous experience leading maintenance teams in a union environment.
Green Belt/Red X/Six Sigma training.
Experience with controls, robotics, drives, system-level communication systems, sealing systems, glass cell systems, various conveyance systems, welding (all types), paint processes, and associated systems, vision systems, and sensor use and application.
Familiarity with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) pillar methodology and implementation.
Proficient in Google Suite software programs.
