Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities:
- Perform routine audits of production processes in all production areas
- Verify incoming packaging components meet specification and release them for use in production
- Perform incoming raw ingredient sampling
- Review work order and production paperwork ensuring that results are within established specification ranges and Good Documentation Practices are followed
- Coordinate the control or release of conforming and nonconforming products
- Pull samples from manufactured lots and perform confirmatory testing of finished products and WIP using AQL statistical plan
- Communicate effectively with various employees, including operators, mechanics, leads, and department management to ensure that quality standards are met
Requirements for Quality Control Inspector:
- Able to lift up to 30lbs
